About Me
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Ahmad has always been influenced by the people and creativity around him. Growing up, he drew inspiration from his community and its mix of interests, which pushed him to explore his own path through game design and animation clubs. That curiosity eventually led him to attend FIT’s Animation program.
Now a senior studying animation and game design, he focuses on VFX, compositing, 3D, and hands-on design work. He’s building skills across the Adobe Suite, Blender, Maya, and Nuke. So far, he’s created three games two independently and developed short-form 3D animations that incorporate sound design, compositing, and original character work. He’s especially proud of completing playable game demos and traveling to Vancouver to volunteer at SIGGRAPH in July 2025, where he got a firsthand look at emerging tech in animation, graphics, and design.
Looking ahead, he hopes to work in VFX and compositing for film and TV, ideally with studios like ILM, Weta, Framestore, or Hornet. Outside of school, he spends his time figure drawing, skateboarding, and gaming, and enjoys collecting art books and small trinkets.
